The members of the Stilyagi Air Corps voted in November 1998 to decide who to invite as guests. In February we voted to choose the Y2K convention name (1999 +1 = 19100) and chairperson (Tracy Worcester, critter@intranet.org).

     email, how many adult and how many KidFusion memberships you want.
  

• Hotel: For the fourth year, we will be at the Van Dyke Park Suite Hotel and Conference Center in Warren, MI (810) 939-2860.
  • The Van Dyke Park has an indoor pool in a large atrium. Party rooms will be around the pool, and quiet rooms are in an isolated wing. See the Party FAQ for room rate information.
  • There is a 220-seat auditorium with a full-size movie screen and 16mm projector. (yes, film programming is back this year)
  • There is a free continental breakfast for all ConFusion members, whether or not they stay in the hotel.

  Our overflow hotel will be determined later, either the Quality Inn or the Fairfield Inn across the street.

• Programming: There will be a book discussion TBA. See what we have scheduled for this year! You can also see what we did for 1999 and send suggestions for 2001.

• Call for Volunteers: ConFusion is a volunteer effort - an event for SF fans run by SF fans. We are always seeking volunteers to assist in all stages of convention planning and execution.
